as usual this morning i woke up, dragging myself up from my bed, had a cold bath(becos heater spoilt but too ex to buy one sob sob) and after that dryed my hair, then get change. then listening to my ipod n walk to the train station.. as usual the long long journey must be company by my ipod nano... listening, listening... suddenly, the music stop my whole world become slient. then i was thinking maybe going next track, so i shall wait a while... 5 sec, 30 sec, 1 mins gone.. so long for the next track? i start to suspect. slowly n carefully, i take out my ipod nano from my protection pouch... n to my horror = 0... the track keep skipping... i was like OMG.. wat happened... so i on n off my ipod nano, to no help valid... i was so sianz.. then i try to view the photo section, my photo was blank... omg... but no choice, i had no songs to company to the rest of the trip... after i reached, i went to the website n check out the customer service telephone.. and i gif them a call.. n they teach me to reset my ipod nano (press menu + the middle button).. finally it works again... phew.. then to my horror, the person asked me. she:"do you know applecare protection plan" me:"no" she:"do you know the time for ur warranty?" me:"ya, 1 year" she:"u are entitled to one call to applecare, and this is your one call, if u sign up the applecare protection plan u are entitled to unlimited call for 2 years and ur warranty is extended to 2 yrs, if the next time u call, that will be 49 sing dollar per call" me:"huh... okie thanks." omg, arent the customer brought the product. entitled customer service (only one call).. tian ah... and we had to be charge whenever we call. this is nt v good customer service.. NOTE* the applecare protection plan cos S$199. |
