is been a long time seems i blog, but this time i really need to blog about what happened this morning... ... ...

as usual this morning i woke up, dragging myself up from my bed, had a cold bath(becos heater spoilt but too ex to buy one sob sob) and after that dryed my hair, then get change. then listening to my ipod n walk to the train station..

as usual the long long journey must be company by my ipod nano... listening, listening... suddenly, the music stop my whole world become slient. then i was thinking maybe going next track, so i shall wait a while... 5 sec, 30 sec, 1 mins gone.. so long for the next track? i start to suspect.

slowly n carefully, i take out my ipod nano from my protection pouch... n to my horror = 0... the track keep skipping... i was like OMG.. wat happened... so i on n off my ipod nano, to no help valid... i was so sianz.. then i try to view the photo section, my photo was blank... omg...

but no choice, i had no songs to company to the rest of the trip... after i reached, i went to the website n check out the customer service telephone.. and i gif them a call.. n they teach me to reset my ipod nano (press menu + the middle button).. finally it works again... phew..

then to my horror, the person asked me.

she:"do you know applecare protection plan"
me:"no"
she:"do you know the time for ur warranty?"
me:"ya, 1 year"
she:"u are entitled to one call to applecare, and this is your one call, if u sign up the applecare protection plan u are entitled to unlimited call for 2 years and ur warranty is extended to 2 yrs, if the next time u call, that will be 49 sing dollar per call"
me:"huh... okie thanks."

omg, arent the customer brought the product. entitled customer service (only one call).. tian ah... and we had to be charge whenever we call. this is nt v good customer service..

today, the same old routine. i took the train from expo, scenery is still the same. cabin is the same. but an woman aged around 30 plus enter then train. she is really slim, her skin stick to her bone like there's not even a single layer of fats in between. she stood beside me, we both look out of the window panel of the train's door. she was holding two keychain with broken no chain. she then started a conversation with me.

* all in chinese*
her: "What character is this?" (refer to the keychain)
me smiling: "eh.. i don't know"
her: "then nvm, this one i ask my friend to give me want. i see i got use or not, if not i can give my friend"
me:"oi@@.." (knocking my head smilling)
her: "my legs hurts, i fall down so i wear long pants because got alot 10 20 cents, 50 cents and 1 dollar (she name it all out). if not i wear ku4 qun2. v painful, don't know use what medicine good, then i come that one, no appetize to eat."
me: "oh.. " (knocking my head smilling again)
her: "my pay one mth 200. if can i wan to work till 50 then retired, see how first after 50 dunno what to do, no money then i work till 60"
me: "u see my necklace n braclet they v match right, only 1.90 at bedok. i got another white one, i gotta drop next stop cant stop le."

then she drop off.

for the whole conversation she didnt look at me when she talk to me she jus look outside and her eyes wander around.

then i started thinking. 200 a mth, how can she had proper meals. 3 meals * 30 days * $3 per meal = $270. this is only meals, hse? eletrical bill? i suddenly felt so sad, my heart suddenly got this helpless feeling. there's so many people that need help, how can i help those ppl. how rich must i be to help as many ppl as i can i wander...
